COVID-19: Restrictions on shipping
Owing to the current COVID-19 situation, shipping to the United States, United Kingdom, German, France, Spain and Italy are still available. However, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Do not use delivery addresses for buildings that may be closed due to the current provisions.

Once your order is placed, processing begins. It takes approximately 2 - 3 business days(not including weekends). You will receive an email once your order is shipped.

Except for the above countries, other regions are temporarily unable to deliver.
However, due to delays related to demand and COVID-19, orders may experience delays. Not to worry, our shipping partners have promised all orders will be delivered regardless.

Receive or exchange :
When your order arrives, please inspect it for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. If you have received damaged or unusable items, please retain the box, the packing materials, and the items inside.
