The following are the specific return and warranty conditions.
Returns
We hope our products can satisfy you, but you can contact us directly if you have any questions, so that we can help you solve the problem in time. And we have a 30-day unconditional refund policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
IMPORTANT: Please contact us before making a return.
To start a return, you can contact us at support@voyor.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
We will provide a suitable return address based on your geographic location, but if there is no return address available, you can return to the following address, but please confirm with us in advance.

- The product received more than 30 days.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Once you received the email from us, you will get your refund within 7 business days to either your Visa card or Paypal account.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that if it is a problem with the quality of our products, we will refund in full, including postage and taxes.
If you don't want this product not a problem with our products, you need to bear the round-trip shipping. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Damaged & Exchanges
We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@voyor.com with photos/videos as proof. We are not able to provide you a replacement item if you are unable to show us the proof.
Warranty
All products purchased from VOYOR come with 2 years warranty.
After receiving the goods within 30 days, if you find that the product is not working properly, you can get a new product or a 100% refund, including shipping and taxes.
More than 30 days, no more than 2 years of warranty time, if the product has problems with use, we will also replace you with a new one.
If you need to replace parts, please contact us directly. If we have accessories, they will be provided to you for free.
